Most employees want to help when they witness an inappropriate interaction but don’t know the best way to go about it. Often there is confusion about what constitutes sexual harassment.

 

In this training, employees will:

  • Get clear about what constitutes harassment by linking this training to your organization's policies to legal requirements

  • Practice using their words and actions to intervene on behalf of another in simulated situations with actors and role play

  • Learn to maintain personal and professional boundaries to create a comfortable environment for all employees
