Sometimes leaders are hesitant to initiate conversations that can prevent escalation. This interactive training demonstrates best ways to respond to and intervene in sexual harassment scenarios and equips leaders with the tools to navigate difficult conversations.

 

In this training, leaders will learn:

  • The confidence to comply with legal requirements when presented with a harassment situation

  • How to handle harassment when they witness it or may have inadvertently participated in it

  • Awareness of body language and word choice when communicating around sensitive topics

  • How to listen with respect and maintaining boundaries to create a culture of trust
